Track Your Order

You can track your order anytime by visiting the My Orders section in your ResellomartX account.

ResellomartX provides a 3-Day Exchange Policy for damaged, defective, wrong, size mismatch, or colour mismatch products. Customers must submit parcel photos and a complete unboxing video within 3 days of delivery. All requests are subject to verification and approval by ResellomartX. Reverse pickup and self-shipping options are available depending on location.

ResellomartX offers a 3-Day Exchange Policy from the date of product delivery.

To request an exchange, customers must submit:

  • A clear photo of the front side of the parcel
  • A clear photo of the back side of the parcel
  • A continuous 360° unboxing video from opening the sealed package until the product is fully visible

Exchange requests may be approved for:

  • Wrong product received
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Size mismatch
  • Colour mismatch
  • Product significantly different from the description

All requests are subject to verification and approval by the ResellomartX team.

Reverse Pickup

Where available, customers can use ResellomartX Reverse Pickup Service for a ₹70 service charge.

Self-Shipping

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may self-ship the product. India Post is recommended due to its nationwide coverage.

Approved self-shipping courier charges may be credited to the customer's wallet up to ₹65 per kg, subject to verification.

Important Notes

  • Products must be unused and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Edited or incomplete unboxing videos will not be accepted.
  • Exchange requests submitted after 3 days of delivery may be rejected.
  • Wallet credits are non-withdrawable and can only be used for future purchases on ResellomartX.

Go to My Orders in your ResellomartX account and select the order. Once shipped, you will see the courier company name, tracking ID/consignment number, and a direct tracking link. Click the courier link, enter your tracking number (and complete CAPTCHA verification if required), then click Track/Search to view real-time shipment updates.

Steps to Track Your Order

  1. Log in to your ResellomartX account.

  2. Go to the My Orders section.

  3. Select the order you want to track.

  4. Click on Track Order to view the latest shipment status.

Direct Courier Tracking

Once your order is shipped, ResellomartX will provide:

  • Courier Company Name

  • Tracking ID / Consignment Number / AWB Number

  • Direct Tracking Link of the Courier Company

You can simply click the courier company's tracking link provided on the order page. The courier website will open automatically.

  • Enter your Tracking ID or Consignment Number if required.

  • Complete any CAPTCHA verification requested by the courier company.

  • Click the Track or Search button to view the latest shipment updates directly from the courier partner.

Order Status Updates

You can track your order through various stages, including:

  • Order Confirmed

  • Processing

  • Packed

  • Shipped

  • In Transit

  • Out for Delivery

  • Delivered
