This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through ResellomartX. ResellomartX is owned and operated by Ganesh Creation. All return requests, refund processing, wallet credits, reimbursements, verifications, approvals, and related services are governed by this policy and managed by Ganesh Creation in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.
At ResellomartX, we aim to provide a fair and transparent return process for customers, resellers, and sellers. All return requests are subject to verification and approval.
Customers must submit a Return Request within 3 days of product delivery.
Requests submitted after the 3-day period may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
To process a return request, the following proof is compulsory:
✅ Clear photo of the Front Side of the Parcel
✅ Clear photo of the Back Side of the Parcel
✅ Continuous 360° Unboxing Video from sealed package opening until the product is fully visible
Important:
Edited, paused, cut, filtered, or incomplete videos will not be accepted.
Failure to provide required proof may result in rejection of the request.
ResellomartX reserves the right to request additional verification.
Returns may be approved for:
Wrong Product Received
Damaged Product Received
Manufacturing Defect
Product Significantly Different from Description
All return requests are subject to verification and approval.
Submit a Return Request through your Order History along with all required parcel photos and unboxing video.
The ResellomartX Verification Team will review the submitted evidence.
After approval, the customer must return the product and provide the courier tracking details.
The seller will inspect the returned product after receiving it.
Once verification is completed successfully, the refund process will be initiated according to the Refund Policy.
Where available, customers may use ResellomartX Reverse Pickup Service.
Reverse pickup charge: ₹70
Customers may self-ship the product.
India Post is recommended due to its nationwide service coverage.
For approved returns:
Shipping reimbursement is limited to ₹65 per kg or actual courier charges, whichever is lower.
Reimbursement will be credited to the customer's ResellomartX Wallet.
Return requests may be rejected if:
❌ No unboxing video is provided
❌ Parcel photos are missing
❌ Product has been used, washed, altered, damaged, or tampered with
❌ Verification evidence does not support the claim
❌ Original tags, labels, accessories, or packaging are missing
❌ Product returned differs from the originally delivered item
❌ Request submitted after the return period
❌ Product fails verification
If a returned product does not match the approved claim, fails verification, or appears manipulated, the return request may be cancelled.
The product may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
ResellomartX reserves the right to reject requests, suspend accounts, recover losses, and take legal action against fraudulent claims or misuse of platform policies.

The returned product passes seller and ResellomartX verification.

All approved refunds will be issued as Store Credit to the customer's ResellomartX Wallet unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Wallet credits:
Can be used for future purchases on ResellomartX.
Are non-transferable.
Cannot be withdrawn to a bank account.
The refund amount will generally include:
Product value paid by the customer.
The following are generally non-refundable:
Original shipping charges.
Platform service fees, if applicable.
Additional charges not directly related to product value.
After successful verification of the returned product:
Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
Processing time may vary depending on verification requirements and operational conditions.
For approved self-shipped returns:
