Throughout these Terms & Conditions, the terms "ResellomartX", "we", "our", and "us" refer to Ganesh Creation, the owner and operator of the ResellomartX platform.
By accessing, registering, purchasing, selling, or using any service available on ResellomartX, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, along with all applicable platform policies.
To use certain features of the platform, users may be required to create an account.
Users agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information.
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
Keep contact details updated.
Accept responsibility for activities performed through their account.
ResellomartX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or incomplete information.
ResellomartX operates as a marketplace platform.
Customers can purchase products listed on the platform.
Resellers may purchase products for resale purposes and use platform features made available to them.
Sellers list products and are responsible for inventory, product information, packaging, dispatch, and shipment.
Product details including:
Product descriptions
Images
Specifications
Sizes
Colours
Pricing
Stock availability
are provided by sellers.
Customers are advised to review all product information carefully before placing an order.
Minor variations in colour, packaging, design, or appearance may occur due to photography, display settings, manufacturing updates, or supplier variations.
When an order is placed:
The customer submits an order through the platform.
Payment or order confirmation is completed.
The order is forwarded to the seller for processing.
The seller prepares the order for dispatch.
Orders cannot be modified once they enter the processing or dispatch stage.
Products sold on ResellomartX are shipped directly by sellers.
Sellers may:
Charge shipping separately, or
Include shipping charges within the product price and offer Free Shipping.
Standard shipping charges are generally calculated based on normal serviceable delivery areas within India.
Certain locations may require additional courier charges, including:
Assam
Arunachal Pradesh
Manipur
Meghalaya
Mizoram
Nagaland
Sikkim
Tripura
Jammu & Kashmir
Ladakh
Andaman & Nicobar Islands
Lakshadweep

The seller informs ResellomartX.
ResellomartX contacts the customer or reseller.
Additional shipping charges are collected, if applicable.
The amount is credited to the seller's wallet.
The seller dispatches the order.
If the customer declines the additional shipping charges, the order may be cancelled before dispatch.
Delivery timelines depend on courier serviceability and operational coverage.
By placing an order, customers and resellers confirm their intention to accept delivery of the product.
If a customer or reseller intentionally:
Refuses delivery,
Rejects the parcel without a valid reason,
Remains unavailable for delivery attempts,
Causes the parcel to be returned after shipment,
then applicable shipping charges, return-to-origin (RTO) charges, handling charges, and other logistics expenses may be deducted.
Any remaining eligible amount may be credited to the customer's ResellomartX Wallet for future purchases.
Once a seller books and dispatches a shipment, logistics costs are incurred.
Please do not place orders unless you genuinely intend to receive the product.
Refusal of delivery after dispatch may result in financial deductions as described above.
Return and refund requests are governed by the official Return & Refund Policy available on the platform.
Customers must:
Submit requests within the specified period.
Provide required parcel photographs.
Provide a continuous unboxing video.
Comply with all verification requirements.
Approval of returns and refunds remains subject to verification and policy compliance.
ResellomartX provides Reverse Pickup Service only for approved return and refund requests.
Reverse Pickup Charge: ₹70
Pickup availability depends on courier serviceability.
Customers may also choose to self-ship approved returns.
Where customers self-ship approved returns, reimbursement eligibility shall be governed by the applicable Return & Refund Policy.
The ResellomartX Wallet may be used for:
Refund credits
Shipping reimbursements
Promotional credits
Order adjustments
Other platform-approved credits
Wallet balances:
Can be used for future purchases.
Are non-transferable.
Cannot be withdrawn to a bank account unless required under applicable law.
Sellers agree to:
Provide accurate product information.
Maintain product quality standards.
Process orders responsibly.
Dispatch orders within reasonable timelines.
Comply with platform policies.
Failure to comply may result in penalties, restrictions, suspension, or permanent account termination.
Any attempt to:
Submit false claims
Upload fake evidence
Abuse returns or refunds
Manipulate orders
Misuse wallet benefits
Misrepresent products
Violate platform policies
may result in:
Order cancellation
Wallet suspension
Account restriction
Permanent account termination
Recovery of losses
Legal action under applicable laws
ResellomartX operates as a technology-enabled marketplace platform.
ResellomartX and Ganesh Creation shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, losses, or service failures caused by:
Courier partners
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Network failures
Force majeure events
Seller operational issues beyond reasonable control
All platform content including logos, branding, website design, graphics, text, software, and marketplace features are the property of ResellomartX and/or Ganesh Creation unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or misuse is prohibited.
ResellomartX reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms & Conditions, policies, fees, services, or platform features at any time without prior notice.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
