Shipping & Delivery Policy

 

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed through ResellomartX. ResellomartX is owned and operated by Ganesh Creation. All shipping, delivery coordination, logistics support, order processing, shipping charge collection, remote area shipping management, and related services provided through the platform are governed by this policy and managed in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.

Important: By placing an order on ResellomartX, customers agree to the shipping, delivery, remote area shipping, return, refund, and order cancellation terms described in this policy.

 

Important: Refused or Undelivered Orders

 

Please do not refuse delivery after placing an order.

If a customer intentionally refuses delivery, cancels acceptance, or does not receive the parcel after it has reached Out for Delivery status, the shipping cost incurred by the seller will be deducted from the customer's refund amount.

In such cases:

  1. The actual shipping charges will be deducted from the order value.

  2. The remaining product amount will be credited to the customer's ResellomartX Wallet.

  3. Wallet balance can be used for future purchases on ResellomartX.

  4. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched and delivery has been attempted.

Example

 

If an order is worth ₹1,000 and the shipping cost is ₹120, and the customer refuses delivery after the parcel is out for delivery, then ₹120 may be deducted and the remaining ₹880 may be credited to the customer's wallet (subject to verification).

 

1. Seller-Managed Shipping

 

All orders placed on ResellomartX are packed, dispatched, and shipped directly by the respective seller.

ResellomartX does not operate its own product delivery service and is not the shipping carrier for customer orders.

 

2. Shipping Charges

 

Sellers may choose either of the following pricing methods:

  1. Charge a separate shipping fee for delivery across India.

  2. Offer Free Shipping by including shipping costs within the product price.

The applicable shipping charge, if any, will be displayed on the product page and during checkout before order confirmation.

 

3. Order Processing & Dispatch

 

After an order is successfully placed:

  1. The seller is responsible for processing and dispatching the order.

  2. Dispatch timelines may vary depending on the seller, product availability, and delivery location.

  3. Tracking details will be provided once the seller ships the order.

 

4. Delivery Coverage, Remote Areas & Additional Shipping Charges

 

The shipping charges displayed on most products are based on average courier rates for standard serviceable locations within India.

 

Remote, Rural & Courier-Restricted Locations

 

Certain locations may require additional shipping charges and longer delivery timelines due to higher courier costs, limited serviceability, or special logistics requirements.

Such locations may include:

  • Assam

  • Arunachal Pradesh

  • Manipur

  • Meghalaya

  • Mizoram

  • Nagaland

  • Sikkim

  • Tripura

  • Jammu & Kashmir

  • Ladakh

  • Andaman & Nicobar Islands

  • Lakshadweep

  • Hilly areas of Himachal Pradesh

  • Hilly areas of Uttarakhand

  • Border areas

  • Rural locations

  • Other remote or courier-restricted PIN codes across India

 

Remote Area Shipping Charge Process

 

Step 1 – Seller Verification

After receiving the order, the seller verifies whether the delivery PIN code falls under a remote or courier-restricted service area where additional courier charges apply.

Step 2 – Seller Notification

The seller informs ResellomartX about the destination address and the additional courier charges required for delivery.

Step 3 – Customer Communication

ResellomartX contacts the customer or reseller and provides details of the additional shipping charges applicable to the delivery location.

Step 4 – Payment Confirmation

The order remains on hold until the customer or reseller confirms and pays the additional shipping charges.

Step 5 – Seller Wallet Credit

After successful payment, ResellomartX credits the collected additional shipping amount to the seller's wallet.

Step 6 – Order Dispatch

The seller dispatches the order using the selected courier service and provides tracking details.

 

Important Notice

If the customer or reseller does not agree to pay the applicable additional shipping charges, the order may be cancelled before dispatch and any eligible refund will be processed according to the Refund Policy.

Delivery timelines for remote locations may be longer than standard delivery timelines and depend on courier partner serviceability and operational coverage in the destination area.

 

5. Multiple Seller Orders

 

If an order contains products from different sellers:

  1. Products may be dispatched separately.

  2. Separate tracking details may be provided.

  3. Deliveries may arrive on different dates.

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

 

Customers must provide accurate:

  1. Name

  2. Mobile Number

  3. Delivery Address

  4. PIN Code

Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges.

 

7. Return & Refund Pickup Service

 

ResellomartX provides Reverse Pickup Service only for approved Return and Refund requests, as described in the Return & Refund Policy.

This service is optional.

 

If the Customer Chooses Reverse Pickup

  1. A pickup charge of ₹70 will be payable by the customer.

  2. Pickup availability depends on courier serviceability in the customer's area.

 

If the Customer Self-Ships the Product

  1. Reverse Pickup is not required.

  2. Customers may return the product using any courier service of their choice.

  3. Shipping reimbursement, if applicable, will be governed by the Return & Refund Policy.

 

8. Delays Beyond Control

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  1. Weather conditions

  2. Natural disasters

  3. Public holidays

  4. Transportation disruptions

  5. Government restrictions

  6. Courier partner issues

Neither the seller nor ResellomartX shall be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

 

9. Policy Updates

 

ResellomartX reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on the platform.
