Return & Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Request Period

Customers must submit a Return or Exchange request within 3-days of product delivery.

Requests submitted after the 3-day period will not be eligible for exchange unless required by applicable law.

2. Mandatory Verification Requirements

To process any exchange request, the following proof is compulsory:

Clear photo of the Front Side of the Parcel
Clear photo of the Back Side of the Parcel
Continuous 360° Unboxing Video from sealed package opening until the product is fully visible
Product condition must match the submitted evidence

Important

Edited, paused, cut, filtered, or incomplete videos will not be accepted.
Failure to provide required proof may result in rejection of the request.
ResellomartX reserves the right to request additional verification if necessary.

3. Eligible Exchange Reasons

Exchange requests may be approved for:

Wrong Product Received

Damaged Product Received

Manufacturing Defect

Size Mismatch

Colour Mismatch

Product Significantly Different from Description

All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by ResellomartX.

4. Exchange Process

Step 1 - Submit Request

Go to Order History and submit an Exchange Request along with all required parcel photos and unboxing video.

Step 2 - Verification & Approval

The ResellomartX Verification Team will review the submitted evidence. Only approved requests will proceed further.

Step 3 - Return Dispatch

After approval, the customer must return the product and provide the courier tracking number through their dashboard.

Step 4 - Seller Verification

The seller will inspect the returned product after receiving it.

Step 5 - Replacement Dispatch

After successful verification, the seller will dispatch the replacement product. Updated tracking details will be provided by ResellomartX.

5. Pickup & Shipping Policy

Reverse Pickup Available

Reverse Pickup service is available in most serviceable locations.

If a customer chooses ResellomartX Reverse Pickup Service, a service charge of ₹70 will be payable by the customer.
After successful pickup and verification, the exchange process will continue.

Reverse Pickup Not Available

Customers and resellers may self-ship the product.

Recommended: Always use India Post whenever possible, as it provides delivery coverage across almost all locations in India.

Shipping Charge Reimbursement

For approved exchange requests requiring self-shipping:

Shipping charges will be credited to the customer wallet.
Reimbursement is limited to ₹65 per kg or actual courier charges, whichever is lower.
Wallet credits can only be used for future purchases on ResellomartX.
Wallet balances are non-withdrawable and cannot be transferred to a bank account.

6. Size, Colour & Product Exchange

Exchange is subject to the availability of the requested size, colour, or product.

After receiving and verifying the returned product, the seller will dispatch the replacement item.

If Replacement Product Is Unavailable

For Prepaid Orders:

Store Credit equal to the product value will be added to the customer ResellomartX Wallet.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be credited.
Wallet credit can only be used for future purchases on the platform.

7. Seller Exchange Policy

When an exchanged product is received and verified by the seller:

A processing charge of ₹80 will be deducted by ResellomartX.
The amount will be adjusted from the seller wallet balance.
This policy applies to Size Exchange, Colour Exchange, and Wrong Product Exchange.
The seller must dispatch the replacement product within the applicable processing period.

If Replacement Product Is Out of Stock

Product value may be adjusted from the seller wallet and credited to the customer wallet as Store Credit.
Applicable shipping-related adjustments may also be deducted from the seller wallet where required.

8. Exchange Rejection Conditions

Exchange requests may be rejected if:

No unboxing video is provided
Parcel photos are missing
Product has been used, washed, altered, damaged, or tampered with
Verification evidence does not support the claim
Product returned differs from the originally delivered item
Original tags, labels, accessories, or packaging are missing
Request is submitted after the exchange period
Returned product fails seller or ResellomartX verification

9. Seller Protection Policy

ResellomartX follows a strict Seller Protection Program to prevent return and exchange fraud.

If a returned product does not match the approved claim, fails verification, or is found to be manipulated, the exchange request will be cancelled.

The product may be returned to the customer at their own expense.

10. Compliance, Verification & Legal Rights

All exchange requests are subject to final verification and approval by ResellomartX.

The decision of ResellomartX regarding exchange eligibility, verification, fraud detection, and policy compliance shall be final and binding.

If any customer, reseller, or seller:

Submits false claims
Provides fake evidence
Attempts exchange fraud
Misuses platform policies
Provides incorrect or misleading information
Acts against ResellomartX policies

ResellomartX reserves the right to:

Reject the exchange request
Suspend wallet balances
Restrict platform access
Permanently ban the account
Recover losses and damages
Initiate legal action under applicable laws
