1. Exchange Request Period
Customers must submit a Return or Exchange request within 3-days of product delivery.
Requests submitted after the 3-day period will not be eligible for exchange unless required by applicable law.

At ResellomartX, we are committed to providing a fair, transparent, and secure shopping experience for customers, resellers, and sellers. To prevent fraud and ensure genuine claims are resolved quickly, all return and exchange requests are subject to our verification and approval process.

All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by ResellomartX.
Step 1 - Submit Request
Go to Order History and submit an Exchange Request along with all required parcel photos and unboxing video.
Step 2 - Verification & Approval
The ResellomartX Verification Team will review the submitted evidence. Only approved requests will proceed further.
Step 3 - Return Dispatch
After approval, the customer must return the product and provide the courier tracking number through their dashboard.
Step 4 - Seller Verification
The seller will inspect the returned product after receiving it.
Step 5 - Replacement Dispatch
After successful verification, the seller will dispatch the replacement product. Updated tracking details will be provided by ResellomartX.
Reverse Pickup service is available in most serviceable locations.
Customers and resellers may self-ship the product.
Recommended: Always use India Post whenever possible, as it provides delivery coverage across almost all locations in India.
For approved exchange requests requiring self-shipping:
Exchange is subject to the availability of the requested size, colour, or product.
After receiving and verifying the returned product, the seller will dispatch the replacement item.

ResellomartX follows a strict Seller Protection Program to prevent return and exchange fraud.
If a returned product does not match the approved claim, fails verification, or is found to be manipulated, the exchange request will be cancelled.
The product may be returned to the customer at their own expense.
All exchange requests are subject to final verification and approval by ResellomartX.
The decision of ResellomartX regarding exchange eligibility, verification, fraud detection, and policy compliance shall be final and binding.
